I’ve had a bit of work needed at my place of business this past year, much of it repairs from a previous business’s poor work. The team from BPCD has been so accommodating and helpful through the many repair issues we’ve had and the numerous weekend call outs - it’s definitely made my life easier and much less stressful. Through out the entire team, I can’t fault one interaction I’ve had or job that’s been completed. For commercial or residential plumbing and maintenance, you really can’t go past this awesome Bendigo business.
We had BPCD Plumbing Service recently for a complicated plumbing problem which involved what other plumbers had told us required expert solutions which they could not offer. BPCD provided a solution which has been very successful. The plumbers on site were at all times professional, courteous and very hard working. The job was completed before Xmas, as they understood our time frame pressure. Their solution has been completely successful, and they came back to tidy up and check their work. We would really recommend them.
Was very happy with Shannon - BPCD Gas Plumber, who installed a new fan into my Stiebel Eltron heater and performed a gas service of my unit, checking for carbon monoxide as well. I have used BPCD for years and will continue to do so. I have found this company to be prompt and staff are always courteous and get the job done. I had Brian and Will come out today to fix an underground leak. Both were friendly and courteous and they showed me through the entire process of replacing and fixing the leak. On a final note they cleaned up the lawn that had been dug up Highly recommend this business.
